Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clear and concise articulation of requirements
Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
And Develop detailed requirements documents, including functional specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria
Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for modernization and optimization
Drive conversations and workshops with finance and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to prioritize and refine requirements
Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and objectives
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team
