Our clients have welcomed our contract-to-perm option. This provides a hiring manager with a six-month trial phase for each new hire to evaluate the candidate’s skills personally to make sure they are a good fit for their team and the position. After the six-month contract period, a client can bring the candidate on full time with the company without any additional fees or “buy outs.”
