Benefits

• The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00
• The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clear and concise articulation of requirements
• Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
• And Develop detailed requirements documents, including functional specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for modernization and optimization
• Drive conversations and workshops with finance and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to prioritize and refine requirements
• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and objectives
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team
