Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clear and concise articulation of requirements
- Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
- And Develop detailed requirements documents, including functional specifications, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for modernization and optimization
- Drive conversations and workshops with finance and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies to prioritize and refine requirements
- Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and objectives
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business analysts, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team
