We are looking for a someone that has office experience for part time work (25 hours a week).  Will be trained in the staffing industry.  This would be great for a military spouse or someone that needs to drop the kids off at school in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.

Pay: $15/hr

Area: Mission Valley (San Diego)

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, guidelines and objectives
  • Prepares, types, and edits a variety of material including correspondence, memos, reports and technical materials
  • Formats and prepares documents using word processing software
  • Compose routine correspondence on own initiative
  • Post job openings on various sites
  • Develop sourcing strategies
  • Source talent, screen applicants and enter information into applicate tracking software
  • Conduct interviews via phone, Skype or in person
  • Help develop creative strategies to identify top talent
  • Ensures appropriate due diligence and onboarding experience for new hires are addressed and met



  • Must have experience working in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
  • Must be able to exercise tact, diplomacy, courtesy and judgment in communications with all levels of employees and outside contacts
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Must be polished, energetic and outgoing with attention to detail
