Large, publically traded company in LAX area is seeking to add several Fraud Specialists to join their team. We are seeking candidates that have a retail/ecommerce background. These roles are contract to hire and would interview and start ASAP!!!

You will be responsible for various duties including evaluating accounts for fraudulent activity, identifying new fraud patterns and recommending methods to address them, and preparing periodic reports. They will be working with our web-based and mail-based fraud tracking system. They will also be contacting customers as part of the verification process. The ideal person should have some previous experience with fraud analysis and front-line customer service experience. The position is an experienced customer service role, rather than a finance/accounting/numerical analysis/computer-programming role. The person will need to have intermediate computer skills (email, filling out forms). Basic data entry skills in Excel are required.

 

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an e-commerce environment as a Fraud Analyst is preferred.
