About the position:

This position is for a Help Desk Support Technician. Our support techs interact with customer’s daily via phone, email, and sometimes face to face. You would be helping clients to solve technical problems and give advice on hardware and software. The goal of each customer contact is simple, turn the customer’s bad day and problem into a solution and great experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Compassion, empathy and people skills especially in negative situations.
  • Experience supporting and trouble shooting Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with network connectivity and password reset.
  • Experience with ticketing system like Remedy or similar system.
  • Patience for dealing with upset or frustrated customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work closely with a small team.
  • Flexibility to assist in other areas (such as repair) when needed.
  • Passion for technology, especially computers, and growing your knowledge of tech.
  • The ability to research and solve problems.
  • Dependable
